Stay away from this dealership! From the hidden fees and lies they will take advantage of you with a smile. I recently purchased a 70k vehicle from them 3 weeks ago. For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get a hold of any manager that can help me with canceling my service contracts. They refuse to pick up the phone, leave messages or call me back. The deal has already been done so they don’t care about customer service after the purchase. I’ve also tried to get in touch with the general manager with no luck. They just put you on hold until you hang up. Don’t bother with the finance extension as they have never picked up the phone. Sales is the only phone they answer so they can continue to cheat of customers. They are still holding or won’t find my second key fob. On the contract they state they gave me two keys, but they never did. Worst customer service ever. It’s clear once you sign up for extended service contract warranties. They will try their best to avoid you so you can’t cancel them so they don’t lose their commission. More

You sit at your table while people work on getting the car you want at a price within your budget. The insurance manager comes to your table to work with your insurance agent. Then the finance manager comes to get you to sign your papers. I even got a $500 discount for being military! I drove my new car home and never felt better. More

We were really frustrated with the length of time to negotiate a sale and complete the financing for our new vehicle - 5+ hours!!! We felt there were a lot of deceptive practices that increased our fin negotiate a sale and complete the financing for our new vehicle - 5+ hours!!! We felt there were a lot of deceptive practices that increased our final bottom line in monthly payments. The sales associate was fine and accomodated us well, the final closure with financing and additionsl costs associated with warrantees and prepaid maintenance almost made us walk out on the sale. Given the fact that the whole process took so long, they should have provided lunch. Thankful that this might be our lsst purchase! More

I was very impressed with Port Charlotte Kia. My sales person was Derrick and he was extremely helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. After I signed all the documents with Richard, whom I reall My sales person was Derrick and he was extremely helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. After I signed all the documents with Richard, whom I really liked as after a long day, he was pleasant and easy to talk to, Derrick walked me to my new car and explaind how certain things worked. He set up my blue tooth for me, helped me get radio stations in place, and answered all my questions. He and Richard both told me not to hesitate to call them if I needed anything. Side note: You cant get through to talk to anyone. I tried to call Kia the next day and was on hold over an hour. You definitely need to hire people to answer the phones! I also enjoyed working with Aley , I don't think thats his name, but he was the insurance guy. He was great and answered all my questions! Anyway.....I really appreciate how nice everyone at Kia was to me and they made buying a car a very nice experience! More
