This is our 5th new Subaru we have purchased from Budd Baer. The first 4 were Foresters and now we bought an Outback Touring model. Looking forward to driving it. Our salesperson, Chrissy, was amazing. However, finance was a little less than. There was an issue with my financing in that they searched every bank possible until they found one that wou However, finance was a little less than. There was an issue with my financing in that they searched every bank possible until they found one that would finance the car. After they hit a road block at 2 or 3 banks, I wish they would've called to let us know there was an issue. We could have reapplied using my husband's information. Because of this we had to settle for a higher interest level than preferred. Now, we'll have to refinance - unnecessarily. That was my only frustration. Hope they consider this in the future - it matters! More
