I do not trust the mechanics at Reagal Honda, or even the service manager. Multiple times the job was not performed correctly on two vehicles. I do not live within 60 minutes of the dealership, and this was service manager. Multiple times the job was not performed correctly on two vehicles. I do not live within 60 minutes of the dealership, and this was an inconvenience. Mechanic caused damage to my vehicle by overfilling the oil. Plus they left my vehicle a mess on a simple tire repair with grease stains on my driver and passenger carpet and molding. The stains did not remove easily. I now choose to service my two Hondas elsewhere. More

We brought our Odyssey Van to this Honda dealer on 10/18 after Hurricane Milton. Damage on van included the emissions canister and carpeting. We were told parts were on backorder. I placed numerous calls after Hurricane Milton. Damage on van included the emissions canister and carpeting. We were told parts were on backorder. I placed numerous calls between October and December and was told parts were still not available. On December 20th I called my previous Honda dealer in Pennsylvania to inquire about the emissions canister and within minutes, he was able to tell me of other Honda dealers in Forida who had canisters in their parts inventory. I subsequently called the Sanford Honda dealer who stated that they had the emissions canister. After waiting for more than 2 months, I was able to locate an emisssions canister in ONE HOUR!!! During these 2 months, our check engine light stayed on which was concerning in case different issues could arise but we would not be aware of since we were told light would stay on until canister was replaced. We are still WAITING on the carpeting and nobody can tell us when that will be ready. More
