I have had the same issue with my car for over 2 years and Courtesy has tried to fix it and has been unsuccessful. I have never asked for special treatment or given attitude, but received some from the se and Courtesy has tried to fix it and has been unsuccessful. I have never asked for special treatment or given attitude, but received some from the service manager when asking for it to be fixed this last go round. The vehicle is still under 100K miles and less than 10yrs old so still under some warranties. The car is still NOT fixed. I do appreciate all they have done to try to help, but I just want the car fixed...at this point it is un-sellable & embarrassing to drive. More

Overall service was great. I did have to return for a leak when the differential fluid was changed because the crush gasket was faulty and not replaced.
