Called service today to schedule my car under warranty for an issue with a headlight. I told service that I was close to the 36000, he told me if I went over Honda would not cover. I explained that I would be over by a 100 miles and they told me no coverage. I got the car from this dealership, it will be the last one that I buy. More

While I was satisfied overall with everyone that dealt with the purchase of the car I was disappointed in the turn in price I was given on my car especially since it was the dealer who approached me to en with the purchase of the car I was disappointed in the turn in price I was given on my car especially since it was the dealer who approached me to end my lease early and second I was hoping for a better monthly price since this is third honda in roughly ten years and all I hear about is that Honda wants to keep its return buyers and the price that came back from Honda through financing was a little disappointing too More

This is our 3rd vehicle purchased or leased from Lundgren. Len Robinson has been our sales rep each time. Len cuts through the “BS” and gets you the best deal while explaining your options: lease vs buy, how much of a down payment is right for your situation, and what car makes the most sense for your given circumstance. Any Honda question I’ve had since 2014, I’ve called Len. He answers his calls or texts. Never “blows you off” even if it’s been a few years. We like Hondas, but the reason we chose Lundgren again is because Len would be our rep. Seriously, the process was quick and easy. If my kid makes the payments, we’ll be back in a couple years! The finance guy was great too! More
