I don’t recommend this dealership. The staff are often surly and they seem to be in a big upsell in service program. I feel like they are focused on service revenue per car metrics rather than helping customers. On my last visit they recommended an engine air filter when I had just changed it a few weeks earlier. I don’t trust their recommendations. By contrast, I take my other car, a Honda to Ken Ganley Honda and they are friendly, prompt and efficient. Ganley Westside VW would be wise to do some mystery shopping at Ganley Honda. Night and day. More

I have worked with multiple service providers here. I would highly recommend all of them, but especially want to mention both Reanna and Chris. Reanna helped with my most recent visit (oil change) and I would highly recommend all of them, but especially want to mention both Reanna and Chris. Ganley does a great job, the employees are friendly, and even though there have been some tricky issues in the experiences and results were not good.
