Inspection process of used vehicles prior to sale needs to be tightened up with more thorough inspections. A number of issues found with the truck shortly after purchase. This includes discovering illega to be tightened up with more thorough inspections. A number of issues found with the truck shortly after purchase. This includes discovering illegal drugs (marijuana) in a compartment under the passenger seat. A extreme risk was placed on me (the client) by this mistake. So, Arrigo seriously dropped the ball here. Dee at Arrigo was apologetic and said they would be fixing the issues found with truck at no charge to me. However, one of the issues (replacement of radio) is being applied to the extended warranty I purchased, which technically is on my dime. Hopefully, it doesn’t negatively impair the benefits of warranty. Their service during the sales process was good and they seem to be standing by their word of repairing the issues. As usual, buyer beware and I would recommend extended warranty on purchase of any used car. More

After getting screwed on dealer fees and instantly being upside down on our purchase of a used ford explorer from these fees. MORGAN AUTO GROUP did not even respond to me and the gm at alfa romeo west palm beach were not helpful. I will never buy from this dealer or any dealer that is part of the morgan auto group. More

This dealership has been great during the last few years. Claudio (Service Advisor) has been amazing from the very beginning. He is professional, polite, helpful, responsive, timely, calm and always has a sm Claudio (Service Advisor) has been amazing from the very beginning. He is professional, polite, helpful, responsive, timely, calm and always has a smile on his face. He has impeccable follow up skills and I never have to chase him down for questions or updates. He makes me feel at ease when I call or visit and he always lets me know if something is covered or what to expect in costs for any work to be completed. He makes sure to come out when I am waiting for my car to let me know how things are going. He goes above and beyond for everything and it is very much appreciated. Me and my family have owned a lot of cars from different dealerships in South Florida from many different makes/models ranging from the middle to luxury and all the way to exotic cars and I have never felt more taken care of or more comfortable anywhere else like I do when I am at Alfa Romeo (West Palm Beach). This is mostly because of Claudio and his professionalism and great customer service! I find at most dealerships they promise the world before you buy a car and then after you buy a car it tends to go south quickly. That is not the case at this dealership. I look forward to continuing and working with Claudio for all our service needs at this location. Also, I don’t always get the names of the employees doing the actual service on the car but I also want to shout out and acknowledge all the employees in the back doing the work!
