Chris Valencia was excellent to work with. I felt he did all he could to assure that my issue (connectivity between my cell-phone and the car's head unit) were resolved. Our 2022 Crosstrek Trade-In for a new 2022 MRX went smoothly, no hassle, and the sale was completed in a few hours. We need service to check a tire pressure issues. Our salesman, Estevan Rosas, set up smoothly, no hassle, and the sale was completed in a few hours. We need service to check a tire pressure issues. Our salesman, Estevan Rosas, set up an early appointment and arranged for a loaner car to be ready. We dropped the MRX off and in 15 minutes we were back on the road with the loaner car. I received a call a few hours later that the MRX was serviced and ready for pick. We drove back to the dealer, talked to Chris Valencia in service who went over the tire pressure issue that was check and found operational and the complete checklist of all items that were check during the service. We were back on the road with our new MRX in about 20 min. Thank you Tucson Subaru !! More

Frustrated wait for loaner car unacceptable. Chris said he would expedite getting a loaner as I had appt. Another kid at loaner desk said he would move me up and get a car right away. I did get to my appointment on time. I had called the day before to let service know about my appointment and I would need to be there earlier for loaner but no one got back to me so I came in a little early anyway. More
