Terrible dealership. I would write 0 stars if I could. This dealership has a lack of customer service, unorganized work area, lack of leadership and literally every bad t I would write 0 stars if I could. This dealership has a lack of customer service, unorganized work area, lack of leadership and literally every bad trait you can think of. I went in first day offered me 400 lease 5k down on a 72 month finance. Next, the head manager comes out and tells use that because one of his mangers said that to us, it was no longer his problem. He then proceeds to borderline yells at us that our prices our unreasonable ( prices his own employees gave us) and offer us 480 FOR THE SAME 72 MONTH 5K DOWN FINANCE LOLL More

The team was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the entire purchasing process a breeze. I was particularly impressed with how they handled my vehicle appraisal. Not only did they honor the initial estimated offer, but they actually exceeded it, which was a delightful surprise! It’s rare to find such transparency and integrity in the car-buying process, and it made me feel valued as a customer. A huge shoutout to Anthony, my sales representative. He went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. His knowledge of the inventory was impressive, and he took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. Anthony’s friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable, and he truly made me feel like a priority throughout the process. The atmosphere at Hudson Honda is welcoming and professional, which added to the overall positive experience.
