Throughout the first 3 years, he reached out every once in a while to make sure I was still happy and followed up as we got closer to the end of the renewal. He made it very easy to adjust from one lease to the next. While there was a wait for the finance portion, Chris took me to my new car and reviewed every new feature within. He helped me set up MySubaru account, which was super helpful. 10/10 experience! More

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Legacy through the Costco program and Grand Subaru. Chris Thomas was our sales person and was very helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us through the proc through the Costco program and Grand Subaru. I wanted to take time to commend car salesman Chris Thomas on the terrific job he did in getting our daughter into a 2014 Twilight Blue Subaru Legacy with 104K miles! Our daughter had been in an accident the previous week, just a week after starting a new job, paid monthly, and waiting on that first paycheck. She was distraught as the damage exceeded the car value and was totaled, leaving her without transportation, save one weeks rental. I recalled the positive experience we had prior with Grand Subaru and the awesome 2017 Outback with feature laden safety features, second to none, we had been driving since 2016! After perusing their website, this car jumped off the page and screamed "I'm the one"! From St. Louis, I inquired and Chris Thomas replied first thing next morning. After patiently answering my 55+ questions and sending numerous pics (I'm an engineer, sorry!), we took a trip to Chicago and Chris had everything ready to go. We had already agreed on an out the door price, so drove the car and loved it, but had one issue. We heard a noise from the back left tire and mentioned to Chris. He had the service guys check right away. Turned out the wheel bearings needed replacing and Grand Subaru did this for free! Drove like a champion after that! Our daughter was ecstatic and all the pain and stress from the prior week melted away like butter as she took ownership and delivery of this car! Chris worked very hard, was patient, kind and a great sense of humor. It was easy to relax around him and we had an outstanding buying experience. We would do it again, in a heartbeat, with Grand and Chris, should we have future Subaru needs. The drive from St. Louis would be a no-brainer. More

We purchased a 2023 Subaru Solterra through Chris Thomas, Internet Sales Manager at Grand Subaru last week. The first time I contacted the dealership by phone Chris was on the line within seconds. Most people would agree that buying a new car, while exciting, has a high level of stress. But thanks to Chris’ knowledge, quick response to our calls, emails or texts, and his personality plus we had a 5 out of 5 star experience. Chris is also a very good listener which was so essential in our case as we had to travel over 150 miles to pick up the vehicle. Due to confusion on my part we decided to purchase a different Solterra than we had originally reserved. Chris and his team made it happen even though all the paperwork, payment and orientation of the original vehicle had been completed. I’m sure it was no easy task to redo everything and the dealership wasn’t obligated either. But, within a couple hours my husband was driving our “Harbor Mist Gray” Solterra, actually a beautiful blue gray, home. When I called Grand Subaru after 6:00pm that evening with a question about our new EV, Chris happily took the call even though it was well beyond his normal 5:00pm finish. An even more impressive example of Chris’ caring and dedication is that he called back from home at 8:00pm to make sure our problem was resolved. In conclusion, we feel that this car buying experience has been the best we’ve ever had due to Chris’ hard work, positive and helpful attitude, and attention to detail and dedication to Grand Subaru. More
