The decision to move to a 2015 Honda CRV was made with the guidance of Sales Associate Chris Stanzione and wrapped up with General Manager John Killian. Every effort was made to provide me with cost effective value. NO is not part of the Clinton Honda vocabulary and Flemington Car & Truck Country has been our dealer of choice for over 25 years. With that approach by the entire organization, it is much easier for us to say YES. Additionally, the service department is first class in every respect. Service Manager Mark Diana and Service Advisor Debb Skelton always exceed expectations. Throughout my years as a customer, I have never had to return with an improperly fixed repair. There was no hesitation or looking this time because of our experience with our salesperson, Chris Stanzione, last year. Dealing with Clinton Honda (great showroom, pleasant atmosphere, courteous front desk) for car buying has been good over the years, but knowing you can negotiate without pressure or nagging; without the back and forth and "let me check" that normally accompanies the process; with a "person" who genuinely invests in you and what you want from the experience and who follows up to ensure satisfaction, made it enjoyable.
