After having agreed on a price on paper and having put $500 down to reserve the car we met with Anier to pay for the car. First he tried to charge us an additional $4000 for the car. After that was resolved he tried to grossly overcharge us for the tags. I understand dealers try to push the warranty package on the buyer but the dealer shouldn't try to rip off the buyer. Each time I questioned the price he would leave the room and supposedly talk with the manager. Michael Veaz was a pleasure. He was very courteous and patient. I met Chris and he also was pleasant.
