I seldom write reviews, and if I do write a review it’s a good one. However, this dealership is a total SCAM. To start, I purchased a used car from this place because I found an ad online for it. It was my f good one. However, this dealership is a total SCAM. To start, I purchased a used car from this place because I found an ad online for it. It was my first time buying a car on my own, so of course these people were going to try to take advantage of me, so I brought my dad with me. Before I get into detail, while I was waiting for the financing to be approved, someone backed into the rear panel of my car and made a GIANT dent in it. No one said anything and I didn’t notice until I got home the same day. I immediately messaged Josh G my salesman and he was weary thinking that I hit something on my way home and didn’t seem like he believed me. I told them to check their cameras and when I brought the car back to get it fixed they never told me what happened so I assume one of their employees did it. Now trying to get this dent fixed took about a month, they made me drive to the dealership 5 SEPARATE TIMES which is an hour away from me, just for the dent guy to eventually come to me and fix the dent. The last time I drove over there Josh finally felt bad and offered to fill up my gas tank, which I had just filled up before I drove over there. That was the only thing he offered to do for inconveniencing me the whole month. Anyway, while the salesman Josh G was telling us about the car and the ad that we saw, he tries to tell us right from start that there’s an automatic $1,500 “dealership package” that I have to pay for adding to the total price of the car. My dad demanded we didn’t want it and he said it’s not negotiable, it’s their dealership’s policy as to why they priced the car so cheap online. Obviously we can’t argue with that, we believed and trusted he was telling us the truth. Fast forward to signing the paperwork with just Chris (the finance manager) and myself in the room, he is flying through the paperwork, I didn’t get a chance to read anything - plus who reads ALL the fine print on these contracts anyway? I sure as xxxx will be from now on. One of the last things I had to sign, which was on an iPad was talking about their “dealership package” and clearly stated that it was OPTIONAL and was NOT required to purchase a car. The only reason I found that out was because I read reviews online after the fact and read all these horrible reviews. And turns out they scammed me just like every other person who doesn’t read the fine print and trusts the dealership isn’t lying to your face. Next, I initially did my financing through them so I could get the car that day, I then ended up getting my own financing through my bank a couple days later. The loan amount was for more than what it was when I was doing my financing through them and I didn’t catch it until after I made my first payment and realized how much the loan was. I then reached out to Chris and he admitted he messed up and left the GAP insurance on and he should’ve taken it off. So basically he owes me about $1,000. Fast forward, 3 MONTHS LATER and I STILL DON’T HAVE THE MONEY HE OWES ME. First of all, I live about an hour away from this dealership so its not like I can pop in and say where’s my money. Chris dragged me on for literally 3 months making excuses as to why my bank hasn’t gotten the check. I called around TEN TIMES to ask to speak to the general manager who conveniently is “in a meeting” EVERY TIME YOU CALL. And they ask to leave a message and for him to call you back and of course he doesn’t because he knows people are pissed off at the scam business he is running. My dad and I finally drove out of our way to go tell these people they owe me money and where is it but we still didn’t get it. They said it will be here in a couple days but I don’t believe anything they say. If possible AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR SCAMS. It’s unfortunate there are people like this in the world and made my first car buying experience AWFUL. If I could give zero stars I would. More

They want to sell premium cars but they behave like a used car dealership. The salesperson was aggressive. I get that you want to sell a car but holding the keys of the customers trade in hostage is not used car dealership. The salesperson was aggressive. I get that you want to sell a car but holding the keys of the customers trade in hostage is not the way to do it. I am used to dealing with luxury car dealers and this experience was something I could have live without. The car I bought is great. But never buying again due to the dealership experience. More

We saw it online, chatted the dealership and then called, both cases were told it was on the lot. We spoke with Chris who we stressed, to make sure it was on the lot. He said yep it is here and available. We got in the car and were there within 15 minutes. Upon arriving Barbara comes out and tells us they only had 2 and one was sold the day before and the other earlier in the morning. Perhaps they need some help with software to manage their inventory for their internet sales group. Very misleading and a waste of our time. They we get told we should pre-order from a dealer we want to do business with...uh great idea....won't be Horne Kia for sure. Chris wasted our time, we are buying one of the most expensive cars Kia sells, perhaps these folk, aren't used to this kind of clientele, but I suggest you get it in order. If you aren't in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley, if you are in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley. More

Easy trade experience I was able to trade my low mileage 2012 Sorento SX for a little cash back and a 2012 Soul. It was a very smooth transaction. I was able to trade my low mileage 2012 Sorento SX for a little cash back and a 2012 Soul. It was a very smooth transaction. More
