I was born and raised in Elgin, Illinois. I moved to Tucson in 1978 and graduated from Canyon Del Oro High School. I attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. I began my automotive career in 1993. I have been selling Subaru's locally since 2000. I enjoy spending free time with my family and friends.

How many new cars come with roses? I just bought a new Forester and love it! Chris was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all my questions right away, and described other fe I just bought a new Forester and love it! I appreciated that he even showed me under the hood, though I am a woman. I also appreciated that he told me the original price and then offered a better deal, without having to go through too much back and forth. My only quibble with my car buying experience was when the finance officer emailed me two days after my purchase that my check was for a lesser amount than we had thought and asked if he could just charge the additional amount to my card. I said no, I was fairly certain I had written for the correct amount, and asked if he could email me a copy of my check. It was for the correct amount, as I had thought. It was certainly possible that I had made a mistake, but I think he should have double checked with his accounting office before contacting me to ask for more money. But my overall experience was great, and Chris even threw in some extras and a beautiful bouquet of roses, to boot! More

Test drive Great experience. I called ahead so as to take a Subaru Forester and an Outback on a test drive. My son-in-law has one and my grandson the other. Chec Great experience. The individual I was to meet was busy but I was introduced right away to another person who assured me he could help me. I reiterated right away I just wanted to test drive the two vehicles and did not want delays. A copy of my drives license was secured and he retrieved two sets of keys and said "let's go" I drove and he sat in the back seat. We took smooth and rough roads as I requested. Throughout the test drive he would past on high-lights of the vehicle, but mostly spent his time answering my questions. His name name is Chris Smith and has 15 years of experience in car sells. He was extremely courteous and polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I am not the easiest person, sometimes, to work with as I am focused and direct, sometimes demanding. We had done our research on what car and price we were willing to pay so going into the purchase we felt well prepared. When chris offered us the price it was right in our range and there was really nothing more to negotiate. We then were able to order the exact color we wanted and Chris was flexible with our schedule to come in and finish the paperwork. At no time did I evere feel pressured to purchase extra packages. He educated me on the pros and cons and we were able to decide without any hassle. Overall the experience was a success. More
