We got a good deal on our trade in. We had gone on line to look at Kelly Blue Book and we got a very fair price on our vehicle. The sales manager did not pressure us into buying "extras." He told us about the extended warranties and other products and that was it. We arrived at 11:00. Saw Chris, saw the car, saw the sales manager and was out of there by 1:00. Would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

After chatting with an associate I was assigned to Chris Smith who was outstanding through the whole process. I scheduled a test drive of both the Outback and Forester. Chris took the time to go over all of the features of both vehicles prior to driving each. At no point did I feel any pressure from Chris to purchase either vehicle. Chris was helpful in showing me the various options on the Forester (my eventual purchase). Once I decided I wanted to purchase Chris gave me a detailed walkthrough to the vehicle and features and even helped to pair my phone with the infotainment system. This is my first Subaru and I had an exceptional experience with the dealership. More

Chris let us know when the car was built (4 April) and rail-loaded with an ETA of 25 April. We're glad to work with Tucson Subaru. More
