After chatting with an associate I was assigned to Chris Smith who was outstanding through I first contact Tucson Subaru through the dealer's website. After chatting with an associate I was assigned to Chris Smith who was outstanding through the whole process. I scheduled a test drive of both the Outback and Forester. Chris took the time to go over all of the features of both vehicles prior to driving each. At no point did I feel any pressure from Chris to purchase either vehicle. Chris was helpful in showing me the various options on the Forester (my eventual purchase). Once I decided I wanted to purchase Chris gave me a detailed walkthrough to the vehicle and features and even helped to pair my phone with the infotainment system. This is my first Subaru and I had an exceptional experience with the dealership. More

Worth the wait! We test drove and ordered our 2016 Outback 2.5i Premium on 4 March. Took delivery on 25 April. We liked the OB on the test drive with Chris Smith, but no red OBs were available or enroute, So Chris and John worked with the Lafayette, IN factory to change the color of a dealer order car being built in April. Chris let us know when the car was built (4 April) and rail-loaded with an ETA of 25 April. We're glad to work with Tucson Subaru. More
