There was not a lot of upsell but we were informed of options. Chris seemed to know everything about the car and got the Bluetooth working with phones before we left. In the finance side we got the 0% 36 month deal and it was quite easy. I remember the old days where the first stop after the dealer was a gas station. That always felt odd. We won't get to fill up this new car for a week or two :) The cookies in the service waiting area look promising too! More

As customers of the dealership already from our last car we had already met the store guy and the maintenance front desk. But besides that, it was a super awesome and low stress experience. They did not try to push anything extra on us except for maintenance stuff. Very accommodating of our children. Chris was excellent. He answered all of our questions and all the questions from our 8 year old. When the car we wanted turned out to have already been sold he showed us what was available without pushing us to choose any. Louie was very upfront for a dealership finance guy. He showed us our options and let us make up our own minds for what we wanted. Overall a very nice staff throughout the building. A good overall experience. More
