He answered every question I asked in my emails thoroughly and incredibly quickly. In person, he was just as helpful. He was forthright and took as much time as needed to ensure I knew every nook and cranny of the car I was buying. The pricing was very fair and Louie Ascencio (Finance Manager) made the finance part easy and painless. Both Chris and Louie also have great senses of humor and made the experience relaxed and low-pressure. The car I ordered came in earlier than Chris promised. Everything on the car was exactly as-expected. There were never any surprises during my experience (except how fast I got my new car!). More
