I greatly enjoyed working with Rob on the purchase of our new vehicle. He seemed to be very fair and honest and went out of his way to help us out, especially when there were some unusual circumstances with new vehicle. Unfortunately the first salesperson I worked with Mona did not seem to be very knowledgeable and quite frankly a little dishonest. I didn’t fee as though I could trust her. I went in there telling her exactly what I wanted and she had trouble finding it. She tried to get keys for a vehicle that was not what I wanted. I had to finally find the car on the lot whose window sticker listed what I wanted. While my trade in was in the repair shop at their dealership, she then tried to convince me to put a deposit down on this vehicle before we had even agreed on price but I was waiting for them to tell me a price for my trade. I was fine waiting for a quote on my trade, but for her to ask for a deposit seemed ridiculous and pushy. When I mentioned I was considering going to a nearby dealership because they seemed to advertise a price/have a better dealer discount listed on their website, she asked what a dealer discount was. (Allen Turner Hyundai gas dealer discounts listed in the online price on their website too. She should know what those are). She also gave me ridiculous reasons why I shouldn’t go to the other dealership that were either flat out dishonest or a stretch to say the least. She just seemed very pushy and desperate to make the sale. I was able to work with Rob, Chris, and Jamie to finish the sale, and theirs three were a breath of fresh air and seemed to be professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I would gladly work with any of them in the future. More

If you don't like the BS, and you want to get paid top money for your trade in, you have to come to this dealership. From the day that I spoke to Kim until we closed the deal with Chris it was the smoothe money for your trade in, you have to come to this dealership. From the day that I spoke to Kim until we closed the deal with Chris it was the smoothest experience I ever had; I've been to many dealerships and this is the first time that I never felt the pressure to buy. I told Kim my concerns and she just made it happen, Chris in the other hand took the time to explain everything about the car, let us drive without feeling like we had to buy it. I highly recommend Allen Turner if you want to buy a car. ****break*** The only reason I gave 4 stars to Allen Turner is because we noticed that not everybody was wearing a mask, I had to ask one salesman (not Chris)to please put his mask on while he was in front of us, wearing it under the chin doesn't help at all. Please make everybody wear a mask inside the dealership!! More
