I came in and was able to explain my situation to them and they were willing to help me get financed for which I am grateful. I wasn't even there for very long but all through the process each of them kept me informed as to what was going on and it was all handled in a very timely fashion. Starting with an internet search and a phone conversation with Michael Cobb I felt immediately that I would be on great hands. Set an appointment to meet with Michael who was with another customer but I was taken care of by Ron Wright. Ron was a fantastic salesperson to deal with. He made what can be a very unpleasant and uneasy situation into one of the easiest and most pleasant purchases I've been through. Ron understood I was on a tight schedule and had me in and out within 2.5 hours. Ron is now wart I consider my go to car guy as he had a no pressure approach to is sale and he speaks to you on a personal levelI recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to go to Brandon Honda and ask for Ron... you will not be disappointed. Also a huge recommendation to Chris Shotwell in finance. Also knowing I was on a tight schedule and made sure the finance part was quick and easy. He even made an effort to set aside time in the afternoon for my wife to stop in and sign the paperwork. Overall great experience! Brandon Honda definitely is committed to customer first! More
