After several iterations we arrived at a price that worked for both of us. The paperwork phase was much easier than on past purchases I've done due to their reliance on electronic forms. The car was detailed excellently and Rammie also took the time to set up my bluetooth before I left the lot. Everything was uphill from there, never made it to Kia. 2 hours later I'm driving a new CRV home. It was late so they bought us a pizza. My wife is a tough negotiator, but she left with the car she wanted for what she wanted it for. Every person we encountered was smiling and jovial from the time we entered the parking lot. Above and beyond! When you buy a Honda you're getting more than a car you can rely on you're buying into a quality organization with top notch people.
