Although we purchased our second vehicle with Folsom Lake Hyundai, I'm questioning if we will do so again. They failed to honor the Veterans rebate although both our salesperson and sales manager thanked us Hyundai, I'm questioning if we will do so again. They failed to honor the Veterans rebate although both our salesperson and sales manager thanked us for our service. The sales manager also refused to discuss the matter after I called back and stating there was nothing they could do. For the sake of customer loyalty, I feel they could have handled the situation much better. We felt that after they had our contract in place, they no longer were there to assist. Very poor relationship building for future purchases. More
