Had a key fob break for my 2015 Explorer. We went in on a Saturday shortly before the parts dept. closed at noon. They sold me the key to the tune of $192.00. We were told no one was there w We went in on a Saturday shortly before the parts dept. closed at noon. They sold me the key to the tune of $192.00. We were told no one was there who could program it and to come back on Monday. We came back on Monday and were told the had staffing issues and couldn't service us. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Only did they tell me then that we had to pay another $150.00 to get the key programmed! At no point in time prior to this did anyone tell us there was an additional fee for programming! Poor customer service to say the least! I went home and called Fratillonie's hardware store only to find out they would have sold us the key AND programmed it for $170.00! I've got a call into the service manager, but of course he hasn't returned my call. They really should have told us about this bogus "programming fee" long before I was waiting at the counter to leave with my vehicle! More

Had minor misunderstanding on my part regarding service bill, but Christine Schultz was able to resolve problem quickly and efficiently without delay. Likewise, Bill Fannon resolved an issue with my weather tech mats quickly, efficiently and professionally. Sean is always my “go to guy” if no one else is available and he’s never let me down yet! I drive 25 miles (one way) out of my way (I have another Lincoln dealer only 5 blocks from my house) because of the good efficient and friendly service I receive at North Country Ford/Lincoln!!! More
