I feel I was overcharged for the service work I had completed at your dealership. I overheard a service provider give a 30 dollar discount on a lifetime battery. I had $2900 worth of work done on my completed at your dealership. I overheard a service provider give a 30 dollar discount on a lifetime battery. I had $2900 worth of work done on my car (to include replacing the lifetime battery which I had already purchased there previously years ago…the lifetime battery obviously wasn’t a lifetime battery or I wouldn’t have had to pay for another lifetime battery), and I think the price was too expensive. I guess because I’m a 70 year old woman who purchased her car there (years ago) they felt that they could cheat me. Never again!!!! More

Service Advisor was professional and courteous. They were able to diagnose the problem and then repaired the vehicle. Service Advisor also kept us informed as to the progress of the work.
