I brought my Saturn ION-2 in for a catalytic converter today, and Mr. Russo greeted me as I drove into the driveway. I gave him my keys, and he immediately showed me to the Customer Appreciation Lounge. today, and Mr. Russo greeted me as I drove into the driveway. I gave him my keys, and he immediately showed me to the Customer Appreciation Lounge. He told me he would call me as soon as my car was ready. I had a nice lunch next door at TooJay's, and as I was walking out the door, Mr. Russo called me to let me know my car was ready. Less than an hour total wait. And he also gave me an exceptional deal on the catalytic converter. I can tell customer serivce is very important to this dealership, and as long as Mr. Russo is working here, I will definitely be back. --Michael Anand More
