Came in with our car to get quote from Lithia on what they would pay us for it. Spoke with one sales person who said he would get us quote but part way thru he asked another salesman to finish. I was t they would pay us for it. Spoke with one sales person who said he would get us quote but part way thru he asked another salesman to finish. I was told that I would have answer in 2 days. After 2 days I called and was told by first salesman he would jump right on it. It is now 3 days later and no quote. I have since sold car to another dealer. Will be buying future cars from them More

I came to get an oil change as service light was on. After oil change was completed in quick service dept., I still had message that oil change was needed.
