I came to get an oil change as service light was on. After oil change was completed in quick service dept., I still had message that oil change was needed. Made me question if oil change really took p After oil change was completed in quick service dept., I still had message that oil change was needed. Made me question if oil change really took place. I requested they turn off the message. They said they did not know how. I left and drove to Service department and contacted employee named Taylor. I explained situation. He jumped into action and went to car and turned off the message. Taylor in Service Department was great. Oil change department people were not and they were rude. More

Came in with our car to get quote from Lithia on what they would pay us for it. Spoke with one sales person who said he would get us quote but part way thru he asked another salesman to finish. I was t they would pay us for it. Spoke with one sales person who said he would get us quote but part way thru he asked another salesman to finish. I was told that I would have answer in 2 days. After 2 days I called and was told by first salesman he would jump right on it. It is now 3 days later and no quote. I have since sold car to another dealer. Will be buying future cars from them More

Skylar was my service rep for my Expedition’s 15k service. He was able to get me in 2 hours prior to my appointment. Skylar was great! From the first phone conversation with Kyle at Lithia Ford I knew I was dealing with a professional, he listened to my problem and assured me that they could take care of the problem. He bent over backwards to work with my travel schedule in scheduling the repair and dropping off the truck way early. He kept me apprised right away on the diagnosis of the problem, parts availability and when he thought the repairs would be complete. And the truck was repaired and available on the day he promised. So far I couldn’t be happier with Kyle and the service I received from Boise Lithia Ford! More
