After having an oil change, following that I had an oil leak and a hard start. Note. My car had zero issues prior. Taking back my car to service I was charged a diagnostic fee of $180. Back track a bit upo leak and a hard start. Note. My car had zero issues prior. Taking back my car to service I was charged a diagnostic fee of $180. Back track a bit upon arrival the service advisor said it was the oil cooler( he must have been psychic) all the tech did was lift the engine cover and looked??and his conclusion was the oil cooler is leaking.. now a proper diagnosis on the oil cooler would be a total removal of the intake plenum. The oil level has not changed (been checking the oil daily). It has at the proper level since. Now my take on this is that the service dept intentionally poured oil into the valley where the oil cooler is located. Leading to the oil leak dawn. After all of this I’ve been receiving calls and emails to trade in, and if i were to do the service there it’s $1200. Don’t know is if this a tactic to persuade a customer to do a trade In. ?? More

This was a great experience and I would highly recommend the service department. Tired of the normal take car in and get priced for everything you can imagine, They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Tha the service department. I called Service and left a message to ask for a service appointment. No response. I called again another day and got no response. I called a third time, got bounced back to the central operator, and had to appointment. No response. I called again another day and got no response. I called a third time, got bounced back to the central operator, and had to ask her for a way to get ahold of someone to make an appointment to bring in work. On the appointment day, time, waiting for my car to be serviced for 4,000 mile service. Out walks a guy wearing a bright Trump 2024 hat to move the cars around. Anybody that would do that and anyone that would allow that doesn't need my money. On top of that it took 2 hours to do the routine service. Mt Ephraim service has gotten worse and worse over time, this is about the bottom. No thanks. More
