Purchase of Land Rover Discovery We first visited the dealership to take a look at the Land Rover Discovery. The model had not been released to the dealerships yet, but Chris told us we could go check it out at the car show that week (he provided tickets) and place an order for one if we wanted to expedite the process. Once we decided to place an order, Chris was incredibly patient and followed-up with us regarding all our questions and concerns. He updated us on the status of our order regularly and made the process as simple and pleasant as possible. Issues that we thought would be deal breakers were handled well, i.e. getting us out of our old lease nine months early was a relief., that issue was paramount in the sales experience.
