Took my daughter shopping for a car yesterday and had a fantastic experience at Temecula Hyundai. First off they have a big selection of new cars which was great to see. We were greeted by Phelib Tawfik and he was fantastic...the best of the best. I have 4 daughters and have purchased many cars over the past 30 years...nobody knows their cars more than Phelib and has ever provided the level of service that he did. He took time to understand our needs and matched us with a perfect Sonata for my daughter. He is very personable and not pushy whatsoever...just overall a perfect experience. The management at Temecula Hyundai is also top notch. Dean Sarwan went above and beyond to work with my daughter on the pricing of the car and found her an even better rate than our credit union offered us. They also worked with us to give us as much as possible on her trade in. They were polite, had a great sense of humor, understanding of our needs and just made the overall buying experience seamless and easy. Alex Fathi is the Sales Manager and he made sure to find us every possible rebate possible. Then we met with Chris Ramirez in finance. Another fantastic experience and made sure we understood everything that we were offered and helped us get a Hyundai service plan that will enable my daughter to have 10 years of scheduled maintenance included! He made the typical tedious experience in finance so easy!! I have purchased from this dealership 5 years ago in the past and we did not have the same experience as now. You can't go wrong at this dealership today....make sure you ask for Phelib...he is a college student who is awesome at what he does and so knowledgeable. This is the best CAR--not just Hyundai--dealership my daughter and I have been to in twenty years; we’ve been to many! We happened upon this dealership a few months ago because of an emergency service issue, and the amazing service team (led by Carlos) inspired us to drive forty miles one way for a new car purchase yesterday. Wow! What an impressive experience we had with Brad, Ryan, and Chris. Brad's work ethic, confidence, and humanness put us in a wonderful mood before we even arrived at the dealership--then the teamwork between Brad and Ryan once we got there created a comfortable, trustworthy, and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the paperwork process, which they made sure was as quick as possible. Chris (finance department) then acted as the icing on the cake while he kindly, patiently, and respectfully took our money. =) Finally, Ryan made sure we drove off with all the information and care we needed even if he clearly had other things to finish. That wasn't it! Ryan emailed me several times today to tie up some extra/loose ends and to make sure my daughter and I were still satisfied. We will definitely be sending them more business. More

I was randomly paired with Moe as my sales agent after arriving to the dealership. I’m very glad I was, as Moe quickly proved to be knowledgeable but more importantly a sincere and kind person. Buying a car takes hours and I had the opportunity to speak with both gentlemen not only about cars, but about life experiences and it made for a very relaxed half day. Chris (in finance) was just as great. He was friendly and walked me through the pages and pages of paperwork explaining each item clearly when I had questions.
