They said that they do not offer any loaners or rental cars through their dealership so I would have to make arrangements outside of their dealership. I called Jim Ellis GMC and they could not have been any more accommodating and nice to me, even arranging for a rental car through their dealership for me since my car was still under warranty… I have only had it for four months.
