We cannot say enough about our time spent working with Chris Ogene and Pedro Moran as our family secured our new Toyota Sienna. I originally purchased a 2021 Rav4 with Pedro and after working with the folks at Fitzgerald Service Center, Chris came just as highly recommended. We visited Chris in December 2023 and he shared that the wait for a new Sienna would be 12-18 months. Through the past 13 months, both Chris and Pedro remained communicative as any new vehicle became available given the fact that the demand for Toyota Siennas has been greater than the supply for obvious reasons. We love our 2025 Toyota Sienna Woodland Edition as it accommodates the space and mileage for which we were hoping to travel as a family (we make many trips from MD to PA). The only factor more impressive than each if those that come with this new and seemingly rare vehicle is the customer service and overall experience that Chris (and Pedro) were able to provide. So much more can be said about them but I'm typing on my phone and my fingers can only move so quickly. We owe so much thanks to this team for helping us navigate the search and purchase process.
