I certainly will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Below is the entire experience we had with CBB - The shopping experience was quite easy and simple. I found the car I liked online and I sent an inquiry. Chris Nall texted/emailed me back and invited me to the dealer. We went to the dealer knowing the make and model of the car we were interested. Since Chris, the person who initially reached out to us was busy, a sales person named Andy helped us. At that time, we were informed that the car I was interested at was just sold. So Andy showed us another one. Due to the requirements we had, we did not waste much of time to make a decision. We test drove one car and decided to purchase it. Then we were instructed to the finance department. We waited for an hour or so to get our turn to go through the finance even though we indicated to bring in our own credit union. That was not the best experience we had with dealer finance but it was acceptable as they need to make money… The fun part started right after we drove the car off the lot. On our way home, the engine check light was on. We called Andy back and he could not explain anything or offer any help but to refer us to the Mercedes-Benz dealer in town. No a big deal since the car was still under manufacturing warranty. I made the appointment the next day and got my car checked and replaced the air pressure sensor in right front tire since that was missing. 2 weeks later, the engine light was on again, I brought it to the Mercedes-Benz dealer and had to replace turbo in the car. Thank god the car is still under manufacturing warranty! Over one month after we purchased the car, 39 days to be exact, I was contacted by the dealer as they miscalculated my title and registration fees. So I had to pay for additional $151.59… It has been 7 days since I paid for the differences. I am now still waiting for my registration although I clearly asked them to mail it to me ASAP. I did bring this up and question the dealer in regards to whether or not they actually inspect their cars before they sell them? The answer I got from the General Manager, Lee, was of course “Yes all cars are inspected and all services are brought up to date.” Well, how come you did not even notice the missing air pressure sensor? But what else should I expect him to say?! In addition, the car could use some paint to touch it up. Although Certified Benz & Beemer offer such services, the scheduling is pain in the butt. After three failed attempts and all these unacceptable customer services, we decided not to bother it. More

Awesome Experience I hadn't bought car new car or any car from a dealer in a long time and the professionalism and customer service was tremendous. There was no pressure and Chris Nall was the ultimate professional. The dealership was clean organized lots of inventory. I started the process via the internet and that went way better then I could have expected, quick response, professional responses and even phone calls to confirm meetings and appointments. I would highly recommend Benz & Beemer if your looking for great customer service lots of inventory to choose from and no hassle buying. I want to personally thank Chris Nall for the great service and his dedication to his craft, he is the man if you want a great car buying experience. A thank you goes out to the service guys, when i asked to see the underside of the truck I bought they took care of that and even handed me a flash lite, That's awesome thank you guys! The entire buying process was simple, transparent and quick with him which was incredibly appreciated. He valued my trade-in higher than the other dealerships and gave me a great deal on my new Mini! Overall, I would recommend anyone to go purchase a car from Chris because they will be given an experience unlike most at regular dealerships. No pressure sales and the price is the price Came in one evening just before closing and Chris Beaman was happy to show me the car I was interested in. The next morning I was hooked up with Chris Came in one evening just before closing and Chris Beaman was happy to show me the car I was interested in. The next morning I was hooked up with Chris Nall, completed the online application, came down to the dealership, drove the car, and made the deal. What I realized later is that I bought the cheapest car on the lot and I was treated like I was buying Bentley. Afterwards, Chris took me across the street to meet with Travis Walters to finish up the paperwork, Travis is a math wiz and explained some things to me that I did not understand.
