Chris worked with me over a couple months to identify the car that best fit my needs expressed, and made the process of replacing a company vehicle fun and easy. He understood my needs so well, that when I car that best fit my needs expressed, and made the process of replacing a company vehicle fun and easy. He understood my needs so well, that when I did come in to test drive a few I selected from their online inventory he actually pulled up a better one I had overlooked to compare as well. The dealership allowed me to do an extended test drive, and then when I came in to finalize the purchase they had gathered enough information from my first visit, with little follow-up by phone, to ensure I was handled very quickly. I was able to make my purchase after work and still be home for dinner with my family. Everyone was very friendly onsite and I feel comfortable that if I have an issue in the future with maintenance or otherwise it will be dealt with in the same timely, efficient manner in which my purchase was made. Thank you Chris and the whole team there for making this purchase an enjoyable experience! More
