But once I found that car it now became even easier to buy since the final cost out the door was too good to pass. It was so good of a deal, I drove two hours for final inspection and sale. Arrived at the dealership late evening - not being aware of when they closed. Greeted by Chris Nall - very friendly, professional and informative. Spent time answering questions - did not push - and "never" mentioned closing time. At about 8:30pm I asked when they close and was told 8pm - but, not to be concerned - amazing!! I was disappointed that there was no negotiations to be made on the price, but overall the best experience ever with buying a used car. And, when I was not available to come back and exchange my car Chris Nall offered to bring it to me - which he did. Sat with me, in my home, explained all the paperwork - showed me the bells and whistles - very patient - answered questions. He should be voted "sales person of the month"!! The "other" dealer sold the car we were going to see and never let us know. Since we were in the area, we called Chris Nall at Certified Benz and Beemer to see if the other vehicle we were interested in was still on their lot. He told us it was so we went right over. The staff at Certified Benz and Beemer was friendly, honest and definitely had a "can-do" attitude. Chris got us full Blue Book value for our trade in and we were on our way home in our gently used 2013 Ford Explorer Limited within 2 hours. No haggling, no hassle. Just a great deal from the start. Jeff Hallenbeck in the finance dept. even helped make sure we were getting the best warranty. We had chosen a warranty through USAA since they were doing our financing and when we compared USAA's plan to BB plan, BB plan was less money and had much better coverage. A big thanks to Jeff for not letting us leave with a bad warranty choice. We would definitely suggest you go to this dealership whether you are looking for a high end Benz or Beemer or just a quality used every day vehicle. They can do it all and we will be back! More

Every person we have had contact with has exhibited first class customer service. They were not just trying to sell us a car, but trying to sell the right car for us. Once we decided on the car we wanted, the process was so quick and easy it was almost hard to believe. There is nothing worse than sitting in a dealership for hours bargaining over the price. With CBB we walked in signed the papers and were on the road in half an hour. I would highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer and especially Chris Nall and Chris Barone. More

They told me several times that the truck is flawless and that the price is firm. Then they dropped the price and the sales manager didn't even know about it so he was still quoting me the higher price and that it was firm. I still grabbed the check from my bank and drove over there to check this "flawless" truck out only to discover it was smoked in very very heavily. The smell was horrible. Then upon further inspection found scratches and scrapes in several places on the bed, mirrors, and rims. It's no wonder the truck has been there for 60+ days. I am very disappointed that this information was not passed on. If your looking for a lambo or luxury car this place may be ok but I feel like other sales are treated as filler. They have several positive reviews so please judge for yourself but go and look very close at the car before you buy. The firm price they offer is high book so can be beat pretty easily with a little looking around. More

We made an email enquiry last Thursday and promptly received a generic response followed immediately by a well written and professional email from Chris. We made arrangements to drive to Scottsdale on Saturday. We arrived at the dealership about 11:30 AM and were on the way back to Sedona by 1:00 PM. In just over 90 minutes, we were warmly received, took a test drive, negotiated terms, had our credit checked, processed paperwork, had temporary tags installed and waved goodbye as we drove away in our gently used LR4. We were very pleased with Chris and were happy to be his first sale of March. We were also impressed with Jeff's efficiency in dispatching with the necessary paperwork and were happy to be his first transaction in his brand new capacity! More
