I honestly thought I’d never want to go to a dealership again because of past experiences—long waits, pushy sales talk, and constant upselling. Joe at Tynan’s VW completely changed my mind. When reviewing the vehicle, Joe did an excellent job showing me what I needed to know without overwhelming me—he struck the perfect balance between informative and efficient. Special shoutout to the finance manager as well—super quick, no pressure, just straightforward paperwork. The entire process took about an hour from start to finish. They claim I have to return a lien release letter from the bank even though I showed a DMV letter proving no lien exists on my care. Contacted them more than one time to make sure my check will be ready.,When I finally brought the bank letter after 4 weeks from the training transaction. The guy. say thank you I’ll work on it I asked when it will be ready. He said I don’t know it will take time. When I insisted that he must give me time. He went and came back telling me she is working on it. There is a big difference compared to my dealing with Mazda and Honda More
