Warning…These guys are CROOKS! Go elsewhere and save yourself money and much headache! We bought a new Elantra without shopping the price and have regretted ever waking in their door! After being promised the “best price” and being late at night as they closed we come to find out the next day that they snug in a $997 paint and fabric protection that we told them we didn’t want. Then it took multiple calls and weeks later to get out trade in check for our Subaru Outback. These guys are the MOST crooked dealership that I have ever witnessed and my parents are now in the market for a 2024 Sonata and I would NEVER EVER buy from this dealership again. Be careful and buy elsewhere, there are too many other dealers who are honest and will not screw you like Towson Hyundai did to us! More

Horrible Customer Services , Him and His team both lied about how much the repairs would be for my car and also lied to my lien holder as well. My car was dropped off December 27th and between then up unti about how much the repairs would be for my car and also lied to my lien holder as well. My car was dropped off December 27th and between then up until now i have only spoke to 3 people once. Communication is horrible and now these people are attempting to auction off my car after telling me 15,000 and telling my Loan company 3,000. Trust me these people are a complete scam. PS... i have them all on recording telling me different things. Do not Waste your time here trust me. More

My husband car was towed here in mid December due to a flashing engine light, which indicates significant engine trouble. They replaced the knock sensory and then 2 weeks later the same thing happened so flashing engine light, which indicates significant engine trouble. They replaced the knock sensory and then 2 weeks later the same thing happened so the car needed to be towed again. The car was in service from Dec 23-Feb 3. We did not receive any updates unless we called repeatedly. The only person that ever got back to us was our service advisor. We reached out to Chris on several occasions and heard nothing. My husband had his car from Feb 3rd to Feb 7th and the check engine light is on again for a 3rd time. Again we left multiple voicemails for Chris and have heard nothing back. At this point you would think when a car has been in 3 times for the same issue the service manager would reach out to the customer. I should also note that on 2 of these occasions our infant son was in the car. This situation has been extremely stressful and infuriating and the lack of communication makes a horrible situation even worse. More

I went to this dealership on a very short notice and few hours before the store closing.
