said they would mail my plates after buying a new car since i live an hour and a half from the dealership then never notified me that they received the plates until it was too late and i had to make the since i live an hour and a half from the dealership then never notified me that they received the plates until it was too late and i had to make the drive. when i arrived they didn’t even put them on my car like they said they would over the phone, just handed them to me to put on myself. horrible service. Came into Hiley Subaru to look at a used car. Brendan greeted me with a smile and I ended up working with him throughout the entire process.
