I took my truck in for new struts, and four new tires. There was a miscommunication my truck did not get worked on. The dealership gave me a loaner car which was great, I went back the next day and my t There was a miscommunication my truck did not get worked on. The dealership gave me a loaner car which was great, I went back the next day and my truck was ready. Despite the early confusion the dealership made it right. I was very satisfied the way everything turned out. I have always found this dealership very good, and would recommend them to anyone. I have purchased two vehicles from them. More

Recent changes in policy have made my rating go from a 5 to a 3 because it feel like they are moving away from customer service and getting you what you need and moving toward just trying to get money. No long allowed to drop off your vehicle like many have been doing for years. I don’t drop it off and expect to jump everyone in line, I’m doing it so I can use my lifetime oil changes and tire rotations. I drop it off knowing that it’s going to be awhile and I’m fine with that. When I picked it up they didn’t go over my paperwork like they used to, didn’t give me any recommendations which I thought they would since it feel like they are just trying to get money. It’s just been and overall lack luster experience the past couple times I have been there. More

Our 2017 Toyota Prius has had a few issues over the past 6-8 months. We have life time oil changes had the car in for several weeks due to a rodent issue - $10,000. We got it back needing an oil change. We 6-8 months. We have life time oil changes had the car in for several weeks due to a rodent issue - $10,000. We got it back needing an oil change. We also were due tire replacement and at 120k miles we obviously had to replace tires at least once and never paid anything close to $750+ The only saving grace was our service writer Mike Flag he is great! His friendly helpful personality has truely made the experience a lot easier to deal with. The rental department could use a fresh face. The gal at the desk acts like you are a burden and disrupting the day. We ended up renting at Enterprise across the street and were met with a friendly helpful staff. We have purchased many vehicles at both the Toyota and Chevrolet stores and usually had better luck. Hopefully Management can get the rental department trained in customer services or get them to "be like Mike". Mike G. Red Bluff More
