With absoulutely no games and no hassle Chris showed me the vehicle I was interested in, valued my trade, and gave me the numbers very straight forward. I took a day to think about it and he allowed me to do that without any hassle. I came back in to finalize the transaction and everything was on paper exactly as we had agreed upon. I singed paperwork and left with my new used vehicle in less than 30 minutes. Chris and the team at Dallas Lease Returns are a model for how Car Dealerships should do business.
