When we called the dealership about our Acadia, the call went to voicemail so we hung up. Less than 5 minutes later, Chris called inquiring about the missed call. Honestly, we were shocked. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even offered to drive the vehicle to us for a test drive since the office hours were not convenient for us. He forwarded us cell phone pictures of the vehicles when we expressed a concern about the vehicle color (I HATE RED). The next day, we were able to schedule a test drive during my lunch break. Again, Chris was very professional, friendly and conveyed trustworthiness. He was not high-pressured or pushy at all. A few hours later, I was signing loan papies and driving home my new vehicle. This was the most painless car-buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely buy from DallasLeaseReturns again. More
