They've taken great care of my 2020 Explorer ST since I purchased it from same dealership in July 2019. I use to dread going into dealerships and was always worried about buying a new truck. We’ll never again! Bobby has now made the process amazing both trucks I’ve purchased from him. He treats every single person he talks to like family and I will never buy a truck from anyone else ever again. Larson ford has been my go to place now for my vehicles and service because it’s not just one person that makes this place so great but the entire team! Bobby in sales, Tracey in finance and Chris at the service department. I honestly have not met a single person that doesn’t have a smile on and always willing to help. More

We have had our cars serviced with Larson Ford for over 15 years. We are always happy with the service they provide. They are thorough, professional, and honest in their dealings. However, they have recen 15 years. We are always happy with the service they provide. They are thorough, professional, and honest in their dealings. However, they have recently begun to charge a surcharge for using a credit card. We brought our car in for a routine oil change, but they pointed out that we were due for a tuneup. We generally follow their recommendations because it has meant our cars last us much longer. So we agreed to have the tuneup done. The only option was then to pay for the service using a credit card. We don’t regularly carry $500 or more In cash. I don’t think most customers would be paying for major service or repairs in cash. That additional surcharge really adds onto an already costly bill. More
