We had a very positive experience at Cain BMW from our initial greeting to an eventual car purchase.This was our first visit to a BMW dealership and w We had a very positive experience at Cain BMW from our initial greeting to an eventual car purchase.This was our first visit to a BMW dealership and we were a little intimidated (for no reason). We were met in the lot by a newer salesperson who welcomed us to look around and to ask any questions that might come up. We eventually test drove 3 used vehicles. Each test drive included a review of features and again there was no pressure applied regarding the test drives. Working with our salesman, John Romell, he let us know about a new trade-in that he thought we would be interested in. John coordinated a test drive and handled the negotiations. This was all a pleasant experience. The used car had a couple of cosmetic issues that John was able to take care of for us and we have been thrilled with the car. Comparing our deal online we were confident that Cain BMW treated us very well. More
