I have lived on the same street as Washington street motors for most of my life. I’ve always heard good things but never even thought about buying a vehicle from them. I saw an f150 and fell in love wit motors for most of my life. I’ve always heard good things but never even thought about buying a vehicle from them. I saw an f150 and fell in love with it. Called Chris and he set me up right away with a test drive. I ended up buying the truck two days later. It was so quick and easy with no extra added in costs like you get at most dealerships. Chris did an incredible job from knowing the answers to all my questions about the product and being personable to keeping this as stress free as possible for me. Great job to all the employees in both sales and service! Couldn’t be happier with my truck! The owners must be proud to have such a great team! More

They have no sales gimmicks like the big dealerships that take your keys and license to attempt to get a sale. Their sales strategy is having fair prices and amazing customer service. The "buying" experience is haggle-free, straightforward, honest, and actually pleasant (something most would not say about the car-buying experience elsewhere!). Justin and the team also ensure that the car is in perfect condition before you drive it off the lot. As for service, always a pleasure -- Chris, Sal, and others have kept our vehicles in great shape, and again, the experience is honest, up-front, and professional. Overall, Washington St. Motors is a pleasure to do business with! I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so. More

I am a local Ford Specialist that works part time for Washington Street Motors. I have been helping the company fix cars for about 5 years. They are the best in the buisness in customer service. I was there today to perform a few transmission repairs. I was by myself in the garage after buisness hours. The owner, Justin, helped me install heavy parts that needed another hand.
