Great experience at Mazda of Bedford Our salesman, Mark Rice, was great! I was given his name by a friend who had just purchased a Mazda from him a few weeks prior so I called him to mak Our salesman, Mark Rice, was great! I was given his name by a friend who had just purchased a Mazda from him a few weeks prior so I called him to make sure he would be there. I told him I was interested in a Mazda CX-5 and he had one warmed up for me when I got there. He was very thorough in his explanation of each model and the options available on each one. The negotiation process was easy and I ended up leasing a CX-5 before I left that night and was able to pick it up the next day. The GM also made a point of introducing himself and thanking us. Working with Finance was quick and painless. Delivery went well the next day and I've been back to pick up my plates (which they put on for me)!! My Mazda looks and feels like a luxury vehicle but not a luxury vehicle price! I will definitely be a repeat customer. More

Amazing experience! This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. There was no game playing at all. I told them what my budget was and they came back with a lower monthly payment with no money down. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly, and I was out in record time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. More

Family owned with a bad business trail.... My advise to anyone would be, to go to BBB.com and google reviews from unbiased customers. I walked in to the dealership and was greeted by a salesman My advise to anyone would be, to go to BBB.com and google reviews from unbiased customers. I walked in to the dealership and was greeted by a salesman (William B.) whom introduced me to the sales manager (Scott Newman). My first impression so far was "very professional". William showed me a few cars and brought up a few decent points while looking.... and convinced me to purchase a new vehicle verses a used. Knowing my credit was below average from my divorce. I had a cosigner to help me through the process. Knowing that my cosigner has excellent credit and figured the process was going to be smooth sailing, it turned into a nightmare and total waist of my time as well as the cosigner! Now I'm giving a short version of how everything transpired, over the course of 3.6 hours. Anyway, just to give you an idea of filling out a application, getting approval, and finding a lender/bank to take on the loan usually takes an hour tops! I know this from many past experiences at reportable dealers... after 3.6 hours of waiting and waiting... Scott kept telling me that " still waiting on the bank". By this time I've had plenty of time to observe what was happening. The finance guy was somewhere but his office, William was trying to multi task with other customers roaming the lot. Then proceeds to chit chat with another coworker about non work related stuff Lol. it was like watching a circus! They totally lost interest in me by this time. I was getting frustrated but kept my cool because that wouldn't of helped the situation. By the 3.6 hour mark I had to leave and they said they would call me once they heard back from the bank. That was yesterday and today I heard nothing? Today after work I went to a dealership with high marks and the entire process took 3 hours from start to finish!! Before stepping foot in this dealership look at their past relationships with customers on BBB or google reviews or if you want to be entertained then this is the place to be lol. I guess first impressions aren't always correct in this case...... good luck More

They care about doing what's right for the client - as a result I'm telling everyone about my great experience. I found myself between 3 models [of cars] and they helped me narrow the choice by asking targeted questions to understand my needs and my lifestyle. You can tell instantly that these people know what they're talking about. I genuinely hate buying cars, I never understand anything and it always takes too long - not here. They were thorough and engaging, the time flew and I didn't walk away second guessing my choices. Did I mention this recent trip was the 2nd time in 2 years I bought a new car? BOTH at this dealership. Go in and talk to Tyler and Shannon they'll help you understand the options and Chris will help you not feel like you're signing your life away come contract time. Mazda of Bedford was good enough for me to trust them 2 times with new purchases - I don't want to go somewhere else. They build trust and the way they treated me made going back to them a really easy decision. This left me with the hardest [and most important] decision... which color? More

Came for a car, stayed for the coffee I really don't enjoy paperwork, so buying a car is something that makes me pretty nervous, and I'd prefer to avoid it at all costs. That's an impossible daydream, so instead, Edward helped me get into a car that's had me grinning for a week now. The finance department was terrific and patient dodging the potholes of my credit history. No awful corporate vests here. Friendly, almost family-like atmosphere, and the coffee really was terrific. More

Love Love Them I needed a car. My car was whimsical and would start often. I decided I had to purchase another car. Mazda of Bedford worked with me even though my I needed a car. My car was whimsical and would start often. I decided I had to purchase another car. Mazda of Bedford worked with me even though my credit was not good. They got me in a year old Mazda 3 with a reasonable monthly payment. Within a year I was able to upgrade to a brand new Mazda 6 at half the interest rate of my first purchase. They are wonderful and helped change my life. Very responsive, reliable, dependable, and thorough. Not going anywhere else. More
