The staff at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect used Jeep Wrangler. After spending weeks searching on my own concurrently with the birth of my first child, I was nearly discouraged and exhausted trying to find the perfect car for me. However, the team at Central Florida CJDR made the car buying experience positive and efficient and I feel I got a fair deal on the price too. From accommodating a last-minute test drive to staying late to finalize the sale, Sebastian and AB from the sales team, along with Joaquin, the Used Car Manager, and Juan, the Finance Manager, were all fantastic. Sebastian, in particular, impressed me with his extensive knowledge of Jeep Wranglers. He wasn't just a salesperson; he was a Jeep expert! Sebastian, along with his colleague Chris the Service Advisor, made sure I had all the right parts and accessories, understood how the vehicle worked, and anticipated any upcoming service needs. They even introduced me to Carl in the service department, who went above and beyond as well to help me locate the engine chassis number required to ship the vehicle overseas for my deployment with the U.S. Government. They really value military and veterans at this dealership. Without their help, I would likely still be searching online for the perfect Jeep Wrangler. The team at Central Florida CJDR truly helped make my dream a reality. Their dedication to customer service and professionalism makes them a shining example of the Morgan Auto Group. Out of all the Jeep dealerships I visited, Sebastian's product knowledge and enthusiasm were unmatched. If this dealership hadn’t had the exact car I spent months hunting for, I wouldn’t have gone near them. My first visit? A disaster. The price was ridiculous, so I walked. And the salesman? He acted lik months hunting for, I wouldn’t have gone near them. My first visit? A disaster. The price was ridiculous, so I walked. And the salesman? He acted like the car was for my husband, even though I was the one handling everything. He shook my husband’s hand and said, ‘I assume you know how to drive a manual.’…. Because clearly, I’m just here to hold his coffee. A month later, the price dropped, I gave it another shot. Big mistake. They pulled out the exact same price breakdown they gave me the month prior as if I wasn’t going to notice the same bottom dollar that made us walk the first time hadn’t changed! Getting them to adjust the numbers was like trying to get a splinter out of a toddlers sneaker. Awkward, exhausting, and completely unnecessary. Then came the infamous $1,800 ‘reconditioning fee.’ For a 2024 car with 1,300 miles? Apparently, that covered an oil change, basic maintenance, and detailing. AKA glorified spa day for a car. I asked for an itemized breakdown, and they handed me a Carfax report. Really? Is this a dealership or a blooper reel? After hours of haggling (and my kids seconds away from full gremlin mode), I waved the white flag, signed the paperwork, and left before they decided to charge me for sitting in the waiting room. Oh and the cherry on top? The next day while playing with all the settings, I saw the oil life was at 30%. So much for that ‘reconditioning’ fee. Pro tip: if you buy here, channel your inner Sherlock Holmes and question every single charge like your wallet just got caught cheating. The only saving grace was the salesman, Chris. Friendly, charismatic, and clearly someone who cares about people. It’s just a shame his talents are being wasted working for a dealership that operates with the same level of integrity as a Netflix reality show. More
