I have decided to buy my used car with this dealer in 2023, I decided to give them the confidence and peace of mind of being able to buy my car in a "trustworthy" place but a year later everything turned into a nightmare, my car, although it was an old model, I bought it with them and also bought a warranty contract that they offered me called Zurich Protection to have greater peace of mind, because it happened that my car was damaged, I took it for service at this same dealer to have the peace of mind of having good service and attention. but the opposite happened, it took almost 2 months to repair my car, it turned out that the warranty contract did not cover all the repair costs and I had to take an additional $3.5k out of my pocket to the $3.8k that the warranty cost, this was absurd Because my car 1 year after purchasing it has cost me almost 3 times more than what the car cost, I think they are taking advantage of people who cannot buy a new car, who if we need warranty or repairs they do what they want and The answers are not at all kind to the customers, that is why I do NOT recommend this dealer for purchasing used cars and I do not recommend the additional warranties that they sell are useless, I DO NOT recommend the technical service department, take your cars to be repaired to another place
