First off i was just looking to see what used cars were available, not looking to buy just yet... I walked in and was greeted by Mike and Mason Klatt, I felt like i walked into my friends home...I told ma available, not looking to buy just yet... I walked in and was greeted by Mike and Mason Klatt, I felt like i walked into my friends home...I told mason i was on a budget and am looking for a used vehicle with no more than 100k miles and around $10k then i laughed knowing i was asking for a lot. Mason pulled up 2 cars and said this is what we have in your price range, He showed me both cars and knowing i was not buying just looking he took the time with me and did not blow me off. Now Used vehicles are usually sold at the price marked "no room to come down" I told him i need to know what's the bottom line price wise so i can call my wife and run it by her? The "Closer came in and said here is what i can do but it will be cheaper after they run my credit, but i was not ready to buy because i needed the wife's ok first! Mason said I'll move it to the back lot so no one else will look at until i hear from you. She said yes! I was able to get it cheaper than marked! needless to say i bought one , now I say i Bought one he did not Sell me on it! NO PRESURE AT ALL! I was treated as if i was spending 100k on a car... They all have treated me with the upmost respect, from the manager , salesman and the "Closer" as well as the finance dept. There was an issue with the radio and the rear window hydraulics to keep the hatch up ....mind you this is a used vehicle and sold AS IS!!! They replaced the stereo with an upgraded one and hydraulics No charge!, offered me a loaner car so i didn't have to wait...the only other thing i bought extra was the lifetime Battery replacement...NO BRAINER. I highly recommend Fremont Toyota! The best experience buying a used car ever!!! Thank You All!!! For treating me like a friend not a customer! I will definitely buy my next car here! More

Provided really poor support. Issues still remained after the purchase and of course there was no return calls or text messages. How can a company that sells cars not respond to p Issues still remained after the purchase and of course there was no return calls or text messages. How can a company that sells cars not respond to polite messages and phone calls about their mistakes? Just a very poor overall performance, and I would not recommend anyone purchasing a car from Fremont Toyota. More
