Marcus Curry is a very respectable advisor. Coming in for just a rotation, he was able to educate me on my car's servicing needs and showed me the benefits of keeping the car up to date. I left the car at the dealership for 4 hours and got a Lyft ride back to the dealership. Absolutely a pleasure to have taken my car to Corwin. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I bit hectic when I got in apparently because it was a Monday, there was a lot of customers getting their vehicles done, so I waited at least 15 minutes from the time I got to the dealership to the time I Monday, there was a lot of customers getting their vehicles done, so I waited at least 15 minutes from the time I got to the dealership to the time I got in the maintenance bay, then it took 2 and 1/2 hours to get the first service done on my new Tacoma. One thing that I noticed the next day, as I was dusting off my engine, is that the washer fluid was not top off, and should have been done as part of the maintenance (Top off all Fluids). No big deal, I had some of that blue stuff and fill it, but my concern is that it was marked Green in the inspection sheet, so that call into question whether it was actually inspected and if there was something else not done. Other than that the technicians/service advisors were professional and courteous. More
