Upon reaching out them they told me to get an Uber wait until tomorrow nothing they can do. Mind you I only had the vehicle for two and a half weeks at this point. The only reason I was helped is because of one individual who made the choice to help out of his own kindness not from management or Toyota itself. Unacceptable and no excuse. More
