I spent several visits working with Ryan Recker-He was fantastic! Recker helped me navigate new vs. used SUVs. After we decided on a new RAV4 Hybrid he helped me narrow down my trim options. He was very pleasant to work with and helped with all of my questions. We ended up hammering out a deal 5 days ago and I took my car home that night. He has continued to help me even after my purchase with questions and a concern I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend him for salesman of the year. Thank you so much for your patience and your expertise Ryan!! I am also a fan of Chris in finance. He walked me through everything and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything I didn’t want. Thank you Chris! Great experience at Evans!! More

I traded in a very nice Buick Enclave to get a Chrysler Pacifica to better meet the needs of my family. The team that sold me the vehicle was very kind (Reggie and Chris). After we bought the vehicle- N Pacifica to better meet the needs of my family. The team that sold me the vehicle was very kind (Reggie and Chris). After we bought the vehicle- Nothing but trouble. Sliding doors won't stay shut. Transmission issues. Heating/AC vents going out, etc. We bought "the best extended warranty" and it doesn't even cover what's wrong with the vehicle. We took it in for service, and again everyone was kind. However the only thing they could do under warranty is exchange the radio screen, because that, too, was going bad. This was over a month ago and still haven't been contacted to replace the screen. I called and spoke with Kathy Waters who promised to do everything they can to get us out of this mess. That promise was not fulfilled by financing. We would have to roll over 13 THOUSAND dollars on a vehicle we got 4 months ago. I feel like we went to a shady Buy Here Pay here instead of a well known family name business. "The market changes every day." One offer. No negotiations at all. I'm upset and feel stuck with a vehicle I can't rely on for my family. This was a huge mistake for us. Not a business that thinks of the little man and families. More

When I first was looking for a vehicle it just didn't work for me. So a month ago, I decided to do a soft search for a vehicle. I contacted Matt and told him what I would like to keep an eye out. He sent work for me. So a month ago, I decided to do a soft search for a vehicle. I contacted Matt and told him what I would like to keep an eye out. He sent me multiple ones that would fit my desires, never was pushing, but I just didn't jump. Finally decided on a Jeep. So set the appointment, got everything needed and requested, and showed up. They tried hard and different ways to get the Jeep approved but didn't happen for me. Matt was very supportive and before I could leave, he said hey wait what about this Dodge Truck. I looked it over and said guess give it a try. He came back and told me it was approved. They gave me a few options for money down to lower monthly payments in amounts of 1, 2, and 3k down but I said just go with the zero because if I had to I'd only have $500...as they were doing paperwork preparing the finance guy came back and said I did some more looking and can lower your payment by over $100 a month if I put $500 down! I was surprised that they even kept looking. During the test drive, after noticing the truck had less than 1/4 tank in it, I made the comment that I filled my trade-in up on the way there. Matt said well I can get you a little put in the truck. Finally, paperwork was finished and the truck was mine. I get in the truck start to head home....full tank. Thank you, Matt, and the entire team that helped me finally get out of the tragic buy here-pay here nightmare I've been in for many years! More

My 17 year old daughter bought her second car at Evans. We had a set cash budget, and the car she wanted is now hers, less than 24 hours after contact was made! She left with it for the price she wanted, and is extremely happy. I started the process for her by connecting to Evans through the website. I was messaged within no time at all (via preferred method of contact) by Joe Villegas. He was very professional and eager to help. I immediately let him know that I wouldn't be coming into the dealership until we worked out the numbers to my satisfaction. This is NOT how it's done, but it's how I do it, and he was very understanding. He answered all of my questions honestly and efficiently. Joe dealt with his managers (who were probably asking why this customer was not at the store!) and with me for almost an entire day until I was happy with the numbers. We agreed to an appointment time the following day, with the understanding that if the vehicle was as expected, we had a deal! Joe was ready for us when we arrived, with the vehicle warmed up and ready to go. He was extremely patient as my daughter and I went over it several times and discussed things, all in 8 degree weather! On the test drive, he let me talk my daughter through the features and the pros/cons of the vehicle, at my request. He let us drive the route we needed to drive to make sure my daughter liked the car...every salesperson has a standard loop they typically have you follow. He was extremely patient despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon. Joe answered all of her questions, as well as mine. If he didn't know something, he found the answer, he didn't talk around things. There was one unexpected surprise with the vehicle, which he was 100% unaware of, but he immediately took it to his manager and we worked out a solution. Mike Smeltzley, the Sales Manager, was very professional and went out of his way to make sure both my daughter and I were confident about her purchase. Mike and Joe were aware that it was my daughter who was deciding on, and also paying for her car, despite me having done the initial negotiations. Even though she's only 17, Mike and Joe treated my daughter as an equal, and treated her with respect. They were both very patient with her, and absolutely took the time to make sure she was certain about this purchase, even after I was saying "write the check already!" The numbers presented when we arrived were exactly as discussed. No hidden fees, no games, and further concessions were made that more than made up for the one "con" we discovered about the vehicle. Chris Jasso handled her paperwork and took her payment. Even though there was no financing involved, Chris took his time with my daughter and made sure she knew what each purchase document meant. Joe then took us to meet the service team, and they were very kind and competent. They made sure we understood the service contract, and let us know they were there to help. The car was delivered efficiently by Joe, truly clean (this doesn't happen everywhere) and he understood and respected that as "car people" we didn't need or want the typical (sometimes lengthy, and we were in a hurry) "delivery" filled with explanations of every feature — although he would've undoubtedly gladly gone through it all patiently and in detail. Let me finish by saying, I'm not an easy person to deal with ever...let alone when I'm spending money, or watching my kid spend her money! I'm an even bigger pain when buying a vehicle! I've purchased a LOT of them. I also spent many years married to a car salesman, and have many friends and acquaintances in the automotive sales field. This means I'm very familiar with both sides of the process, and I have zero patience for common sales tactics, persuasion, or big egos. I know what I want, I know what I will pay, and I don't come into the dealership until the deal is essentially already done. This goes against everything the salesperson is trained to do. None of this was an issue at Evans. Fantastic experience, and we can't recommend Evans or Joe Villegas enough! More
