Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. The overall process was excellent. Our sales rep, Aria, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We decided to add a winter tire package, and the service department was very thorough and professional. One area for improvement is in the document signing portion of the deal. When being brought in to sign documents with the business manager, it would be beneficial to have a moment to discuss the options privately. Neither my wife, nor I, enjoyed having to discuss these matters while the business manager waited at his desk. If you really want me to spend thousands of extra dollars on an extended warranty, give me moment to privately run my numbers. This is the second vehicle I’ve bought (from two different dealerships) where this has happened - so it leads me to believe that it’s less about the product and significantly more about the dollars. I’ve blanket refused all services due to this. Other than that, it was a pleasant buying experience, and one that I’d repeat from this dealership. More
